The above mentioned puppy is being sold with a limited registration and is to be used as a pet/companion, not as a show or breeding animal.  Tracking, Sporting, Search & Rescue and Hunting events are allowed.

I All puppies sold by Belle's Bloodhounds are honestly represented and evaluated as accurately as possible at time of sale.  All puppies are under veterinary supervision and will have regular veterinarian appointments up until the time they are released to new owners.  Puppies are given preventative medicines at prescribed intervals to treat and prevent issues such as worms, coccidiosis, etc.  They will also receive their first vaccination before leaving us.   Buyer understands that until the puppy has had a series of three immunizations, he/she is not fully protected against contagious diseases and agree to keep him/her out of public places and away from dogs that they don't know until his/her shots are complete.

Buyer agrees to have the puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase to assure he/she is healthy. This appointment is at the  buyers expense.  If a licensed veterinarian finds the puppy to be defective to the point it will not be suitable as a pet or companion at time of exam  buyer agrees to contact Belles Bloodhounds within 24 hours.  This Health Guarantee does not cover conditions such as colds, viruses, retained testicles, worms, coccidiosis etc. These are not unacceptable health problems but can be routine puppy issues.  That is why all puppies are given preventative medicines.  If a puppy is determined to have an unacceptable health problem by the buyer's veterinarian in that time frame that will affect quality of life to the point it is not suitable as a pet or companion and which is confirmed by the seller's veterinarian, the buyer may return the puppy at the buyer's expense.  IA trade for a different puppy of the same gender and approximate price will be arranged.   If the veterinarian finds a problem and you decide to keep the puppy, you understand that Belle's Bloodhounds is under no obligation for the cost of medical care for the puppy.

Our dogs are all healthy and as far as I know are free of genetic health problems.  However, if a puppy develops a genetic health problem within 3 months of its birth that significantly and negatively affects the quality of life for a pet/companion and diagnosed by buyer's licensed veterinarian and confirmed with the seller's veterinarian, we want to resolve the issue with you.  If both veterinarians agree that the condition was genetic, we will be able to offer to trade a different puppy of similar price and gender. No refunds/reimbursements for travel costs or health care are offered.   Here again if you decide to keep the puppy Belle's Bloodhounds is under no obligation.

If their is something wrong with one of our puppies we will not hide it.  All veterinarian documents are given to new puppy owners at time of pick up along with registration papers.  Short term and long term guarantee only applies to the original buyer and is non transferable.  These guarantees apply to puppies that were paid for in full for normal prices.  Improperly-handled payments on part of the buyer and puppies sold at discounted prices do not qualify for this guarantee.

I, the buyer, understand that it is the nature of a bloodhound to follow a scent and agree to provide proper care so that he/she doesn't wander.  I also agree to provide food, water, shelter and medical care for my bloodhound.  In the event that I can no longer care for my bloodhound no mater his/her age, I can return it to Belle's Bloodhounds along with updated medical records and registrations.  I agree never to surrender my bloodhound to a shelter, rescue group or pound.  I understand that no refund is granted for returning a puppy no mater the age.

I, Tia Gross owner of Belle's Bloodhounds have made every effort to assure that I am selling a healthy bloodhound puppy and agree to all terms of the health guarantee and contact.

You the buyer agree that you have done research on the breed and are aware of health situations found within the breeds that are specific to a bloodhound or a large breed dog. Example bloat, hip dysphasia cherry eye etc.  You the buyer agree to feed a high quality dog food to your bloodhound to reduce such problems as mentioned above.  Ask your veterinarian or local dog nutritionist on their recommendation for your area.

I try to predict puppy color and size accurately, but with some colors it is difficult to be 100% correct while puppies are young. I do not guarantee that the color we predict will be correct at the puppy's maturity  and the same with size.  Final size can be affected by gender and nutrition as well as genetics.

All deposits and sales are final.
All puppies/dogs purchased from Belle's Bloodhounds will be considered sold in Hendricks county regardless of the location of the buyer.  Therefore, the transaction location is Danville, Indiana.
